I am often told that I am a slave to fashion. To be fair, this isn’t strictly true, as I am far too lazy to wear heels to walk any distance, and I have spent many a week plodding around in comfortable-but-unfashionable outfits.
However, it perhaps is fair to say that I care about dresses and shoes rather more than most human beings, and I have been known to dress incredibly inappropriately for the weather.

Animal lovers can take comfort in the fact that they no longer have to drape themselves in leopard or zebra print to make a statement. Why bother with something as subtle as a print when you can go the whole hog (so to speak) and proudly wear the entire head of a fox on the front of your jumper? If you hadn’t noticed, it’s flippin’ freezing outside. (Unless you’re, say, in Florida. And in that case, the rest of us hate you.) Getting and staying warm can actually get quite expensive. From paying for cabs to avoid slipping around in slush, to your heating bill, to buying accessory after accessory in vain hope that somehow these gloves will keep you warmer than the last...it adds up.
